We at Smart Infrastructure Division in Siemens Ltd is one of the top tier global suppliers of products systems solutions and services for the efficient reliable and intelligent transmission and distribution of electrical power As the trusted partner for the development and extension of an efficient and reliable power infrastructure that industry and the portfolio they need JOIN US WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS THIS IS YOUR ROLE Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing maintenance procedures for machine and ensuring their implementation throughout their facility They carry out inspections of the facilities and identify any problems which may arise These problems are then resolved quickly for machines without disrupting business operations Managers also ensure that a worker s work area is safe and free of any issues so their work can continue safely and without any risks Responsibilities Production and Infrastructure Machines maintenance Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Check machines to ensure proper functionality Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Allocate workload and supervise team members Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure health and safety policies are complied with Monthly breakdown report preparation and presentation Preparing plan to reduce breakdown of machines and monitoring on weekly basis Identifying training needs of team members and ensuring completion to enhance personal as well as machine performance Machine spare part management Required Skills and Experience - B E B Tech in Electronics Electrical Mechanical Engineering Candidate with 13 years of Maintenance experience in PCBA Manufacturing Solid understanding of technical aspects of SMT ICT Machines - Placement machine Screen Printer Reflow Oven wave soldering PCBA Test machines and other equipments relevant to PCBA manufacturing process PLC programming Experience in planning maintenance operations Ability to guide and manage own team to get the desired results Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership abilities This job is based out of Goa IndiaWEVE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER HOW ABOUT YOUWere Siemens A collection of over 379 000 minds building the future one day at a time in over 200 countries We re dedicated to equality and we encourage applications that reflect the diversity of the communities we work in All employment decisions at Siemens are based on qualifications merit and business need Bring your curiosity and creativity and help us shape tomorrow
