The Impact You'll Make

As our Specialist - ERP Data, you'll play a key role in supporting DPS core date team by maintaining and enhancing SAP processes and master data, while also contributing to prioritized projects and initiatives

Your impact You will ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient SAP operations that improve business performance and decision-making. Success means reliable systems, better user experiences, and continuous improvement that directly benefit both stakeholders and end-users

You'll collaborate with cross-functional business teams, technical experts, and end-users, taking ownership of SAP-related tasks, data quality, and process improvements-helping us move toward a more efficient and digitally empowered future

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead SAPmaster data initiatives and process improvements to deliver efficient, standardized, and reliable business operations.
- Support business stakeholders by facilitating processes, providing expertise, and offering training and guidance for smooth execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, influence decision-making, and ensure seamless end-to-end process alignment.
- Use your skills in SAP, process optimization, and best practice implementation to enhance data quality, system performance, and business outcomes.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge by developing standards, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

- 5 plusyears of experience in SAP functional or process-related roles, with proven ability to support data migration and transformation projects.
- Handson experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC, with strong technical affinity and analytical thinking to quickly grasp complex processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English to clearly engage stakeholders in a business setting.
- A problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset, supported by strong organizational, planning, and basic risk management skills.
