Key Responsibilities
Handle & Optimize IndiaMART Portal Manage daily inquiries, update product listings, respond promptly to client queries, and generate qualified leads.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement Cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to schedule meetings for the sales team.
Data Management Maintain and update company sales funnel, customer database, and internal reports.
Sales Support Act as a bridge between prospective clients and the Business Development team, ensuring accurate communication.
Market Research Identify new sales opportunities through expos, events, and verified data sourcing.
Reporting Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call and inquiry reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory: 35 years of hands-on experience in handling IndiaMART inquiries & lead generation.
Proven track record as a Telemarketing/Inside Sales Executive.
Proficiency in English & Hindi; excellent communication & email drafting skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office & CRM software (preferred).
Self-motivated, result-driven, and extroverted personality with a passion for sales.
