Job Description Job Title: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Internship Duration: 3 Months Job Description: We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR and learn the end-to-end hiring process in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist in employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates, etc.). - Communicate with candidates regarding application status and provide updates. - Participate in campus hiring drives and career fairs (if applicable). - Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
