Job Title: HR Intern - Talent AcquisitionLocation: PuneWork Mode: HybridInternship Duration: 3 MonthsJob Description:We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will gain hands -on experience in the recruitment process, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in HR and learn the end -to -end hiring process in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Assist in employer branding activities (social media posts, career page updates, etc.).Communicate with candidates regarding application status and provide updates.Participate in campus hiring drives and career fairs (if applicable).Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals is a plus.
