ERP Implementation Manager needed in an Education Group in Bangalore Its a Work From Office role along with Travel as and when needed Immediate Joining Role - The candidate would be responsible for the Implementation of the ERP across our current schools in India and South-east Asia The ERP Implementation Project manager is a hands-on role focused on implementing and supporting our core student lifecycle management System iSAMS across all our schools in India The post holder will be involved in training our school teams on iSAMS ensuring all are following best practices set out by the Group manager for standardized use and consistent reporting Along with the day to day support and management of iSAMS also expected to lead on new implementations of iSAMS within India as well as driving new initiatives in the iSAMS new business requirement gathering working with ERP team to have business requirements met in a suitable manner and End User adoption of ERP Modules This role may include travel to all schools and offices within India as and when required providing support and training where necessary As part of the Global Technology team the holder will be expected to work closely with peers in other regions to support creative thinking and drive consistency and efficiencies globally Key Duties And Areas Of Responsibility Lead the migration process from the current ERP systems to the iSAMS platform ensuring data integrity accuracy and security throughout the transition Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and document business requirements for the ERP system ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Support and iSAMS within India ensuring all the ERP modules are used efficiently and effectively Assist with continuous training and development for key iSAMS champions at the school Lead on embedding of best practices for iSAMS usage Project manage all iSAMS implementations within India Skills Qualifications And Experience B Tech BE At least 5yrs work experience with min 2 year in a project management role in SLM ERP Implementation preferably in K12 education sector Excellent Communication skills Excellent soft skills Competent systems trainer Ability to work independently and motivated to drive projects with autonomy Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it Willingness to travel Estimated to be 50 of travel during of Implementation projects Preferred background - MCB My class board IBM Wipro Accenture where the candidate has worked with an educational client in implementing a SLM Student lifecycle system Looking for candidates based in Bangalore only Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate Candidates can share resume to vacancy educohire com
