Recruitment Lead needed in an Education group in Hyderabad. Joining - Immediate, Work Location - HiTech City. Role - The recruitment lead will be responsible for attracting and selectingthe right talent for the Group in India. This position will also help identify,establish and maintain relationships with teacher training institutions to enable our schools recruitquality talent from campus recruitment initiatives.Stakeholders:Internal: Functional Heads, Hiring Managers,Principals / Heads of Schools:External: Candidates,Vendors, recruitment consultants, College placement officers,Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end -to -end recruitment and selection process.Work with Hiring Managers to formulate the right JD and obtain a deep understanding of the job and candidate requirements.Implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This includes identifying the best channels for sourcing candidates, creating compelling job postings, and establishing efficient screening and interview processes.Ensure a positive candidate experience.Identify and develop sourcing pools, i.e. college campuses, vendors, job boards, professional social media sites, etc.Send Daily and Weekly Reports and Publish Recruitment DashboardKeySuccess FactorsClosing positions within the agreed SLAsOptimized cost per hireSkills,Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum 7 years' experience in Recruitment.Strong proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) Proven trackrecord of managing the end -to -end recruitment process.Project andtime management skills.Should havebusiness acumen and strong negotiation skills.Experiencedeveloping and managing a team is preferable.The abilityto manage social media is an added advantage.Experiencein working on an ATS is highly preferable.Effectiveanalytical, critical thinking, writing and verbal communication skills.Ability to understand, apply and use a varietyof software applications, including sound knowledge of standard computing tools,including Microsoft Office applications, online databases, email, and web -basedresearch tools.
