JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our company as sales manager. The primary scope of the job shall include generating sales for the company by conducting inbound and outbound sales activities. The job requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for driving sales and working in an active startup environment. The position is challenging and result oriented in nature but ensures growth in terms of career path and monetary compensation. - ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nurture and convert leads generated by various marketing channels.
- Use CRM to keep accurate and detailed records of all sales activities.
- Make telephone calls to inbound business prospects.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate services and pricing to close deals.
- Explain service offerings thoroughly to prospects.
- Understand prospect requirements and promote suitable services.
- Actively follow-up potentials to improve sales conversion ratios.
- Research and mine business data to generate sales leads.
- Participate in outbound sales activities like attending trade shows.
- Interact with operations team to ensure accurate service delivery.
- Develop and maintain healthy business relationships with clients.
- Gather client feedback and provide inputs in improving services.
- Plan and work towards achieving sales targets.
DESIRED SKILLS & CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education: UG / PG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a sales profile. Excellent communications skills.
Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
Good understanding of sales processes.
Good understanding of telephonic etiquettes.
Should have persuasiveness, tenacity and negotiation skills. Proficient in using computers, email and internet applications. Good attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Mature and positive attitude towards work.
Ability to handle stress with ease and effectiveness.
Disciplined, self-motivated and result oriented.
Overall presentable with good personality and team skills.
