Core Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction.

1. Account Growth & Retention

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work to renew and retain existing accounts by ensuring value delivery.
- Support clients in achieving business goals through offered products/services.

1. Sales & Revenue Management

- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives from domestic accounts.
- Prepare account plans and sales forecasts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.

1. Business Development (Domestic Market Focus)

- Identify new domestic market opportunities.
- Map industry trends and competitors within the local geography.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

1. Coordination & Collaboration

- Work with internal teams (operations, delivery, finance, technical support) to meet client expectations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new domestic accounts.
- Address service delivery issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.

1. Reporting & Analysis

- Track account performance metrics, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide periodic reports to management.
- Use client feedback to suggest improvements in services/products.

1. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all contracts, invoices, and agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account activities.
