About The Role Cyient is looking for an experienced transformational technical program manager to lead the creation development and delivery of Telecom Network solutions You must have the ability to design and communicate innovative end -to end network solutions to customers in collaboration with internal sales and delivery teams you must have a proven track record of technical program management strong leadership abilities and telecommunication business development experience Role Serve as a technical project manager to oversee multiple customer programs Manage and own customer deliveries in collaboration with onshore and offshore technical and delivery teams Develop proactive and forward thinking business proposals approach notes for influencing sales Conceptualize design and develop the vision of technological solutions for our customers at a regional level and work to align your vision with the global strategy group overseeing the overall strategy execution and success of a program related to network infrastructure Lead solution presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers Qualification and Skills Bachelor s Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science with overall 15 years of experience in Telecom Industry Good knowledge of Routing Switching Commissioning Decommissioning of networks Excellent understanding of OSS Architecture Products Good knowledge of Routing Switching Commissioning Decommissioning of networks Wireless transport networks and open APIs support Wireline transport network OTN D C-WDM devices provisioning management etc Knowledge of 5G Private Network Expertise in Architecture and Design of various Telecom Network Solutions Experience in communications Telecommunications industry in leading Consulting Systems Solution integration business process Strong understanding of business and telecom methodologies and frameworks such as TM Forum Frame work eTOM Agile SAFe DevoOps CI CD Department Connectivity India Associate Skills Required Network Automation Decommissioning Routing CCNP SHD DWDM IP networking Years Of Exp 10 to 15 Years Desirable Skills Optical Transport Network OTN OSS Systems Decommissioning Routing Designation Associate
