Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecom Engineer based in Khairatabad. The Telecom Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems and networks. They will regularly engage in system troubleshooting, network optimization, implementing Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions, and providing technical support as needed. Collaborating with internal teams, the Telecom Engineer will also ensure operational efficiency and support in resolving any technical challenges that arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Proficiency in telecommunications systems and network design
  • Experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems and technologies
  • Ability to provide effective technical support and resolve network-related problems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of industry tools, protocols, and best practices is a plus
