Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable operator to manage and operate Injection Molding Blow Molding and PET Blow Molding machines The ideal candidate will ensure efficient machine operation quality production minimal downtime and adherence to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Machine Operation Set up start and shut down injection molding blow molding and PET blow molding machines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to control parameters as needed Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance to prevent downtime Load raw materials and ensure correct mold tooling setup for each production run Production and Quality Conduct regular checks on product dimensions weight and appearance to ensure conformity with specifications Record production data accurately including output downtime and defects Identify and remove defective products from the production line Report any deviations equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor immediately Maintenance and Housekeeping Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S or other housekeeping practices Assist maintenance team during breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained Safety and Compliance Follow all company safety protocols wear proper PPE and participate in safety trainings Comply with company policies and quality management systems ISO GMP etc RequirementsEducation Experience High school diploma or technical certificate preferred 2 years of experience operating injection molding blow molding and or PET blow molding machines Experience with different mold setups and material handling is a plus Skills Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read technical drawings and operate measuring tools calipers micrometers etc Good communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 948 55 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
