As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the heart of building a world-class product millions of people trust to get work done. From shaping bold ideas with product managers to polishing the micro-details with engineers, you’ll help make Signeasy not just easy to use, but genuinely enjoyable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead design for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape requirements and deliverables.
- Interact regularly with customers to learn from their needs, gather feedback, and bring their voice into the design process.
- Conduct design reviews, give/receive feedback, and raise the quality bar across the team.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Advocate for user-centric thinking in product decisions.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product design experience in building SaaS or mobile-first products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Excellent communication skills to get the team on board with your vision.
- Bias for action focusing on measurable results — ship high-quality releases, take user feedback, apply learnings, refine the product, and repeat.
- Fluency in design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.) and openness to adopting AI into the process.
- Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership of working through ambiguity and uncertainty (willingness to explore the unknown).

- Strong visual design skills
