Job Description Type: Full-time Experience: 14 years (preferably in MSME or trading/e-commerce environment) Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and support smooth operations across billing, GST, and inventory. The ideal candidate should be reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain daily books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, bank entries). Prepare and manage GST working, filing coordination, and reconciliation. Handle TDS calculations, challans, and return support. Create and manage invoices, e-way bills, credit notes, and payment follow-ups. Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and debtor ageing tracking. Manage petty cash, staff reimbursements, and monthly closing. Support inventory management, stock entries, and product mapping. Coordinate with CA for audits, financial statements, and compliance. Maintain organized records of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. 14 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading, wholesale, e-commerce, or electronics). Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (mandatory). Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic reports). Strong attention to detail, time management, and accuracy. Nice-to-Have Experience with Amazon/Flipkart accounting, B2B invoicing, or stock reconciliation. Knowledge of Zoho Books, Busy, or similar software. Ability to handle multi-branch bookkeeping.
