Responsibilities: - Providing Virtual CFO Services (Compliance and Advisory) to the client and help them to grow business with sustainability. - Conduct and support internal audits, and ensure effective internal controls over financial reporting processes. - Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and reports. - Help manage cash flow, investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Develop and document controls, process SOPs, and system controls. - Contribute to the design and implementation of functional financial systems. - Conduct research on industry regulations, audit best practices, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA- Fresher) certification from a recognized institution. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards. - Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. - Familiarity with financial software and tools, such as Excel, Tally, or SAP. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic financial environment.
