Job Description Title: Human Resources Assistant Intern Location: Mumbai / Bangalore. Duration:(Internship Duration 3 months) Mode Work from Home Stipend:5000/- per month About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will assist with recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Support Assist in sourcing and screening resumes. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring status. 2. Onboarding & Documentation Support in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and documentation. Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents. Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners. 3. HR Operations Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and follow-ups. Support payroll data compilation as required. 4. Employee Engagement Help organize internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities. Support communication and HR announcements. 5. Compliance & General Admin Assist with maintaining HR compliance documents. Support day-to-day administrative activities within the HR department. Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / BBA / Commerce / Psychology or related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and processes. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
