We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who can work across both mobile (Flutter) and backend (Ruby on Rails) development. ResponsibilitiesFlutter (Frontend / Mobile) - Develop high-quality mobile apps for iOS & Android using Flutter - Build modular, reusable UI components - Implement state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.) - Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend services - Optimize app performance, load times, and user experience Ruby on Rails (Backend) - Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails - Develop RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications - Design and optimize database schemas - Write clean, secure, and efficient code - Integrate third-party services, authentication, and payment gateways General Responsibilities - Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers - Participate in requirement discussions and technical planning - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues - Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions, and best practices - Stay updated with the latest tools, packages, and frameworks Requirements - 2–5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart - Solid experience with Ruby on Rails - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs - Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology - Understanding of clean architecture, modular code, and design patterns - Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team Nice-to-Have - Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or any cloud platforms - Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments - Experience with Firebase services - Knowledge of frontend web frameworks is a plus What We Offer - Fully remote role - Flexible working hours - Opportunity to work on diverse global projects - Supportive, growth-oriented culture - Competitive compensation based on experience
