Role Overview:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be the voice of the brand on social platforms. You will be responsible for ideating, creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging platforms. Your goal will be to grow community engagement, increase brand visibility, and contribute to campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Planning & Scheduling:
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with the design & content team for creatives, copy, and videos.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and replies.
- Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around the brand.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze performance of social media posts.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & suggestions.
- Trend Spotting & Creativity:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, memes, and pop culture.
- Pitch new ideas for campaigns, reels, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the influencer marketing, design, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter algorithms & best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
