Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce platforms and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of Salesforce applications by designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Validate Salesforce customizations, configurations, workflows, triggers, and APIs.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for Salesforce testing.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform data validation and testing for Salesforce integrations with external systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (functional & automation).
- Experience with Automation Testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, UFT, or similar).
- Knowledge of Salesforce configurations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman, RestAssured).
- Strong expertise in writing test automation scripts and building frameworks.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Salesforce QA certification (ISTQB / Salesforce QA/Testing-related certifications).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Familiarity with performance testing of Salesforce applications
