Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and providing exemplary customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, conducting market research, training staff, and supporting sales initiatives. The role demands a proactive approach to both sales and marketing to effectively promote our services.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
- Ability to train and empower team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in the art or decor industry is a plus
