Position Overview As a Migration Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support to a RMA or immigration lawyer You will assist clients with their immigration-related matters coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations This role requires excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a strong understanding of immigration processes Key Responsibilities Client Support Assist clients in completing immigration application forms and gathering required documentation Respond to client inquiries via phone email or in-person meetings providing accurate information and guidance on immigration processes and requirements Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents or information required for their applications Document Preparation and Review Prepare and review immigration forms ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to relevant guidelines and regulations Organize and maintain client files ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping Assist in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence submissions and other relevant immigration-related documents Conduct research on immigration laws policies and procedures to stay up-to-date and informed Case Management Assist the migration agent or immigration lawyer in managing client caseloads and deadlines Coordinate with government agencies embassies and other relevant stakeholders to track the progress of applications and resolve any issues or delays Update and maintain internal databases and case management systems with accurate and timely information Assist in the preparation of immigration appeals if necessary Compliance and Ethics Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in the provision of immigration services Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism Comply with data protection and privacy regulations when handling client data Administrative Support Assist in organizing and coordinating immigration-related events seminars or workshops Support marketing and business development activities such as preparing promotional materials or maintaining online platforms Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree is preferred but not always required Dari Farsi language skills will be given preference Prior experience working in an immigration consultancy firm law firm or similar environment is advantageous Knowledge of immigration laws regulations and procedures including visa types and application processes Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines Proficiency in using office software and computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite email and databases Familiarity with case management systems and immigration software is a plus Ethical conduct professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 086 00 - 29 024 89 per month Ability to commute relocate Batala Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Microsoft Office 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
