Job Description We are currently seeking a Chemical Process Technology Specialist for Middle-East, Africa, Turkey and India. Location: Home based in the region or plant/office based in Gebze (Turkey), Ankleshwar or Nalagarh (India), Kempton Park or Wadeville (South-Africa) . All candidates must be eligible to work in the region. Please be aware that we do not offer a relocation package if you are considering relocating. We do not provide visa support for this role. The Process Technology Specialist will serve as the Process Owner and subject matter expert for all product lines and plants across Middle East, Africa and India. Working closely with Process Technology Europe and Asia-Pacific, Plant Operations, Product Managers, Research Scientists, and support groups, the Specialist will play a pivotal role in achieving business and supply chain goals. Responsibilities include conducting product sourcing, debottlenecking, and expansion analyses, as well as leading new product scale-up and commercialization efforts at Solenis production location as well as toll manufacturers. Additionally, the Specialist will identify and implement best practices and cost improvement initiatives.
