experienced Product Security and QA Lead to drive security and quality assurance initiatives for our edge AI applications This role requires deep technical expertise in AI ML systems to ensure our edge computing solutions meet the highest standards of security reliability and performance You will lead cross-functional teams to establish robust security frameworks and quality processes specifically tailored for AI applications deployed at the edge Your Role Security Leadership Security Architecture Design and implement comprehensive security frameworks for edge AI applications including secure model deployment data protection and device authentication Threat Modeling Conduct threat assessments specific to edge AI environments identifying vulnerabilities in AI models edge devices and communication channels Security Testing Establish security testing protocols including penetration testing vulnerability assessments and adversarial AI testing Compliance Management Ensure compliance with industry standards ISO 27001 NIST GDPR CCPA and emerging AI governance frameworks Privacy Protection Implement privacy-preserving techniques for edge AI including federated learning differential privacy and secure multi-party computation Quality Assurance Leadership QA Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies for edge AI products including model validation performance testing and reliability assessment Test Planning Create detailed test plans covering functional performance security and AI-specific testing scenarios Team Management Lead and mentor QA engineers security analysts and test automation specialists Quality Metrics Establish KPIs and metrics for product quality security posture and AI application model performance Process Improvement Continuously optimize testing processes and methodologies for edge AI applications Edge AI Specialization Model Validation Ensure AI models perform accurately and reliably in edge environments with limited computational resources Performance Optimization Test and validate AI applications under various edge computing constraints latency bandwidth power consumption Device Integration Oversee security and quality testing across diverse edge devices and hardware platforms OTA Updates Establish secure over-the-air update mechanisms for AI models and edge applications Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity Engineering or related field Experience 10 years in product security and or QA leadership roles with 3 years specifically in AI ML or edge computing Security Knowledge Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles threat modeling and security testing methodologies AI ML Understanding Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms model training inference and AI system architectures Edge Computing Experience with edge computing platforms IoT devices and distributed AI systems Programming Proficiency in Python C C and scripting languages for test automation Security Tools Experience with security testing tools SAST DAST IAST vulnerability scanners and penetration testing frameworks AI Frameworks Familiarity with TensorFlow Lite ONNX PyTorch Mobile and edge AI optimization tools Cloud Platforms Experience with AWS IoT Azure IoT Edge Google Cloud AI Platform or similar
