Commissioning Lead Engineer - 2 Positions - Mumbai ADNOC Approved is mandatory Position Title - Commissioning Lead Engineer Experience Level - 20 Years Location - Powai Mumbai Key Responsibilities Preparation of Pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule in accordance with best practices and project requirements Preparation of system and sub-system mark-up P IDs and procedure o Preparation of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning execution plan and philosophy Preparation of Pre-commissioning procedures and mark-up P IDs plans for Water flushing Air blowing Steam Blowing and silent steam blowing Chemical cleaning and lube oil flushing o Preparation of procedures and plans for system dry-out Refractory dry-out Leak test and Nitrogen purging Turbine solo run pump MTR and PGTR o Preparation of Checklist and record sheets for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities o Manage smooth commissioning of the project by coordinating between the Owner PMC and the Contractor Supervise and approve commissioning plans procedures in accordance with project guidelines Prepare and maintain commissioning records of site observations testing processes and checklists Punch List Assist with identification and rectification of commissioning deficiencies Assist in developing manpower estimates plans mobilisation vs system Pre commissioning schedules Procedures associated with Pre-Commissioning activities are rolled out and adopted by the Pre-Commissioning Team Participates in the development and execution of start-up procedures as required by contract to coordinate the start-up efforts Coordinate overall Pre-commissioning activities at projectsite required to bring the project from Mechanical Completion MC to Ready for Commissioning RFC Support system handover and acceptance from Construction Team including system discipline walk downs and punch list generation Interface and communicate with Construction team to obtain best practice and performance from the Construction and Commissioning team Prioritise work fronts to align with system delivery priority Ensure all resources are being utilised in a safe and effective manner Perform other duties as assigned or requested Maintains open communications and relationships with the project client Qualification - Bachelor s Degree in Chemical Engineering o Intermediate knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to assigned engineering discipline o 20 years experience in Pre-commissioning and commissioning in Oil Gas Petrochemicals Refinery units At least had experience of complete cycle of any two projects from Pre commissioning planning till handover and final acceptance to client o Effective written and communication skill
