Job Description: Business Development & Strategy Associate Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office, some travel involved) Position: Full-time Qualification: MBA (Mandatory) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development & Strategy Associate to support our senior management in driving growth initiatives and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on business development with strategic exposure, working closely with leadership on high-impact projects, presentations, and client engagements. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets. - Assist in lead generation, client engagement, and building long-term relationships. - Support preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients and partners. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support business growth. Strategy & Management Support - Work directly with senior management on strategic initiatives and decision-making. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership reviews. - Assist in creating investor/board presentations, business plans, and strategic decks. - Track industry trends and recommend actionable insights for company positioning. Operations & Coordination - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of BD and strategy projects. - Manage and maintain documentation, follow-ups, and progress tracking. - Support in organizing management reviews, client meetings, and business events. Key Requirements - MBA (mandatory) with specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or General Management preferred. - 1–3 years of relevant work experience in business development, consulting, or strategy roles. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present insights effectively. - High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business purposes.
