This role is ideal for a professional who excels at collaborating across departments, interpreting complex datasets, and developing strategies that directly enhance business performance. You will play a key role in supporting leadership by delivering actionable insights, driving operational improvements, and formulating strategic plans to elevate departmental efficiency. This is a high-impact role that blends analytical thinking with business acumen and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities - Design and implement strategies to enhance departmental processes, data quality, and overall team effectiveness - Monitor daily business operations and validate key data inputs from various teams to ensure accuracy and consistency - Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards, presenting insights to senior management - Support goal-setting and roadmap planning for key business functions, with a focus on continuous process enhancement - Handle ad hoc business requests by conducting analysis and proposing evidence-based solutions - Work closely with department leads to address underperformance and develop corrective strategies backed by data - Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recurring reporting and operational tasks Essential requirements - 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fast-paced or growth-oriented organisations - Proven success in driving process improvements and business performance through data-backed recommendations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departments - Demonstrated experience working closely with multiple business functions and aligning them on shared goals - Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with SQL or similar tools (BI/dashboarding knowledge is a plus, but not a primary focus) - Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
