Location:Gurugram Experience:3-6 years Employment Type:Full-time Role Overview The DPR Engineer / Specialist Roads & Highways will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizingDetailed Project Reports (DPRs)for road and highway projects. The role involves coordination with design, survey, and environmental teams to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with MoRTH/IRC standards, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and compileDetailed Project Reports (DPRs)for roads, highways, and expressway projects as per MoRTH and NHAI guidelines. - Coordinate with survey, design, and geotechnical teams to integrate field data and engineering designs. - Reviewalignment plans, geometric designs, pavement designs, cross-sections, and drainage plans. - Analyze traffic studies, soil investigations, hydrological data, and topographical surveys. - Estimate project costs including BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and economic feasibility. - Ensure compliance withIRC, MoRTH, and other relevant codes and standards. - Prepare technical presentations, progress reports, and documentation for client submission. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, environmental, social impact, etc.) for holistic DPR preparation. - Support tender documentation and project bid preparation when required. Required Qualifications - B.E./B.Techin Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Transportation / Highway Engineering preferred). - 3-6 years of relevant experience in DPR preparation for highways/road infrastructure projects. - Hands-on experience with design software such asMX Road / OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, STAAD, and MS Project / Primavera. - Strong understanding ofIRC codes, MoRTH specifications, and NHAI procedures. - Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. - Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams and deliver under deadline.
