Job Description: Lead the BX Services (SWS) Team Tasks and Responsibilities - Lead the Remote Services Team Work Management: Assign tasks and oversee completion in line with customer expectations for timely and quality deliveries Technical/Managerial Support: Advice/Assist/Guide team members if and as and when required. Review Overall functional performance of the team against pre-defined KPI and evolve KPI as and when necessary. KPIs could include productivity, utilization, First Time Right, Remote Resolution Rate, Preventive PM%, Cost Per Unit, Margin improvement %, Growth in Services % etc. Escalation: Be an escalation point for internal stakeholders Promote activities for KPI improvement on a continuous basis with special emphasis on adoption of better processes, automation, simplification, standardization and tools. Evaluate & promote adoption of processes and tools for continuous improvement of service delivery Collaboration: With other functional leads within APAC Functional Org. Coordination: with Remote Services Team Leads in other countries. Sales Support: Offer preparation, solution design, DSC walk-throughs, customer meetings,. Demand Planning: Evaluate demand and plan resource capacity and competency on a periodic basis. Plan annual budget and conduct quarterly reviews. Competency Development evaluate competency gaps, identify training needs, organize training, evaluate impact etc. Represent the function in management meetings Skills- Has knowledge & experience in Building Tech, Service Delivery & People Management Degree in engineering or similar Deep Knowledge of Building Technology domain (HVAC, Fire, Security), Solutions (BMS, FAS, ACS, CCTV etc.), Remote Service delivery (Call/Incident mgmt. & planned/scheduled activity management) Deep Knowledge of Siemens SI B Remote/Digital Services Tools & Portfolio Interpersonal skills Team Management, Motivation, Task Delegation, Communication, Command over English Language Cross cultural sensitivity, etc. Customer Focus Knowledge of Service Agreements, Commercial contracts, SLAs etc. Who can Play the role Ideally someone from the SI B DSC Remote Service Team Alternatively external candidates who have worked in Network Operating Centers, IT Service Desk and led teams in Service functions.
