Key Responsibilities: - Make videos on YouTube; should be camera-friendly and engaging. - Conduct live classes and record lectures on finance and accounting upskilling courses. - Conduct live webinars and masterclasses on relevant topics. - Develop course materials, including slides, notes, and assessments, to support student learning. - Provide real-world insights and examples from industry experience to enrich the learning experience. - Mentor and guide students, addressing their queries and supporting their academic growth. - Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant. - Stay updated with industry trends and guide students on different career opportunities in the finance sector. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in finance/accounting. - Strong understanding of industry practices, real-world applications, and accounting tools. - Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with AI tools used in finance. - Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences through videos. - Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms. Preferred: CA, CFA, or finance working professionals.
