Should have 10 yrs of experience Core Duties and Responsibilities - Project Planning & Implementation:Assist in developing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and then lead or support the execution of activities as per the work plan. - Stakeholder Coordination:Act as a liaison between project teams, community members, government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. - Monitoring & Evaluation:Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify potential issues or risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. - Community Engagement & Advocacy:Utilize social work skills to build rapport with the community, conduct needs assessments, advocate for clients rights and interests, and ensure a gender-sensitive/inclusive approach to all interventions. - Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including case files, progress reports, and financial records for management and funding agencies. - Resource Management:Coordinate resources, supplies, and team members schedules, and assist in managing project budgets and expenditures. - Team Supervision:Supervise a team of field or community-level staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective program delivery.
