Job Title Student Counselor Location Jorhat Assam Company T I M E Triumphant Institute of Management Education Job Type Full-time About T I M E T I M E is a well-established and trusted name in the field of educational training in the Northeast After successfully creating a mark in various regions we are now expanding our presence to Silchar Our mission is to provide top-notch educational services and help students realize their academic and professional dreams We are looking for a Student Counselor to join our team in Jorhat The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding student admissions assigning class schedules drafting proposals and supervising office operations We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills a quick learner and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment Key Responsibilities Student Onboarding Admissions Assist prospective students with the admission process answer queries and provide necessary guidance Allot students to suitable classes based on their requirements and preferences Class Scheduling Coordinate with instructors to ensure a smooth class schedule is created and adhered to for each student Proposal Drafting Prepare and draft proposals for prospective students and educational institutions Supervision Oversee day-to-day office activities and supervise a small team of employees Ensure smooth office operations and adherence to company protocols Student Support Act as a liaison between students and management for any concerns or issues Provide continuous support to students in managing their academic progress Qualifications Education Graduate of any stream Bachelor s degree Master s degree or MBA aspirants are preferred Experience Freshers are welcome to apply Prior experience in counseling or customer support is a plus but not mandatory Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing work environment Additional Skills Preferred Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask Good problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite Salary Benefits Starting Salary 10 000 per month varies with experience and skills Additional Benefits Opportunity for career growth and professional development A supportive and dynamic work environment How to Apply Interested candidates can submit their resume along with a brief cover letter outlining their qualifications and experience Join T I M E in shaping the future of students in Jorhat Equal Opportunity Employer T I M E is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace We encourage all qualified individuals to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Bachelor s Preferred Location Jorhat Assam Required Work Location In person
