Vice President of Product Management

Title: VP - Product Management Work Location: Pune, India Role: We are looking for an innovative experienced product leader with a track record for driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will report to and work closely with the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for helping to guide the future of key areas of the benefits product portfolio. It will require leading a high-performance team of Product Managers to engage customers, execute strategy, and define roadmaps for the Benefits1.Government product portfolios. This role will also work with engineering and UX to deliver and guide the execution of deliverables to realize the business impact. The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is responsible for ACV (average contract value) and pipeline growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with sales, customer success, partner alliances, marketing, strategic consulting and other product teams. This individual is expected to work with senior level customer stakeholders to drive adoption. Responsibilities: - Define and execute a cohesive product roadmap: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success and leading a team of Product Managers. - Develop and nurture a high-performance team of Product Managers and link performance to release outcomes of Benefits1.Government Products. - Build a vision, roadmap and strategy for Benefits1.Government and evangelize it with our customers, partners and employees. - Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define product roadmap. - Synthesize the needs across other business segments to build common components that can act as multiplier across different markets. - Work with our onshore and offshore team in India to deliver 3-4 releases a year. - Work with the global engineering and UX teams to effectively meet product deliverables. - Collaborate with other platforms - Claims1, Xperience1, Provider1 stakeholders to collaborate on roadmaps and build cross product capabilities and work through dependencies to ensure innovation built elsewhere is leveraged. - Work with platform success architects on the successful adoption of product capabilities. - Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes. - Engage with our partner ecosystem to identify opportunities to partner on augmenting or extending our product capabilities. Qualifications / Requirements: - High energy and passion for the job. - Proven ability to excite motivate and lead a product team. - Experience managing product management and/or development teams. - Equivalent of 15+ years of product management and/or consulting experience. - 5+ years of experience of building, implementing, developing applications on Microsoft Azure platform. - Experience leading and working with teams internationally. - Experience in harnessing AI strategically for product development. - Deep domain knowledge of Payer Health Plans and Product/Plan Benefits dataset and solution sets. - Broad knowledge of different payer markets - Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, ACA. - Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments - Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles is preferred. - Outstanding interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds - Exceptional leadership capabilities. - Proven ability to grow, develop, and retain top technical and product management talent.
