Understand client needs, preferences, and investment goals to offer suitable solutions. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and handle queries. Follow up with clients on pending payments, documentation, and project updates. 4. Market Research & Analysis Stay updated on property trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Conduct local market surveys to identify new business opportunities. Provide insights and suggestions to the management team for pricing and promotions. Maintain a database of market intelligence for sales strategy optimization. 5. Documentation & Compliance Guide clients through the documentation process for property purchases. Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth property transactions. Ensure all required agreements, deeds, and registration documents are in place. Adhere to company policies and local real estate regulations. 6. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with developers, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions and follow-ups. Required Skills & Competencies Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to convert leads into sales.
