We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees Develop and deliver training programs across various subjects including technical skills soft skills and domain-specific knowledge Training Material Development Design and develop comprehensive training materials manuals and presentations Customize training content based on the audience and organizational requirements Performance Assessment Evaluate participant s performance during and after training sessions Provide constructive feedback and recommendation Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics Collaboration Work closely with department heads to identify training needs Partner with HR and leadership teams to implement training strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any relevant field mandatory Post-graduation in a related field preferred Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in finance institution Skills and Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage and motivate participants Proficiency in using training tools software and technology Analytical skills for performance evaluation and reporting Organizational and time-management skills Additional Requirements Application Process Interested candidates can apply by sending their updated resume to hrexecutive gentleman gmail com or contacting 9072655999 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
