Ftcp Trainer

Job Purpose - To deliver training sessions under the Foundation Training Certification Program FTCP ensuring that candidates gain the required skills knowledge and confidence to meet industry standards and secure sustainable employment The trainer is responsible for developing delivering assessing and continuously improving training modules Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions as per FTCP curriculum guidelines Prepare training materials lesson plans and interactive learning activities Assess trainees performance through tests assignments role plays and practical demonstrations Provide counseling and guidance to trainees on skill development career growth and workplace readiness Maintain training records attendance and performance reports Ensure a positive learning environment that motivates trainees Coordinate with mobilizers placement officers and project coordinators for smooth program delivery Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into training modules Support post-training activities like certification placement drives and trainee follow-ups Key Skills Competencies - Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage with trainees of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of FTCP curriculum and sector-specific skills Classroom management and learner-centered approach Counseling and mentoring skills Record-keeping and reporting abilities Computer literacy MS Office digital tools for training Educational Qualification Experience Graduate in any discipline preferred in relevant vocational technical field Certified trainer under NSDC SSC or FTCP program Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training teaching skill development Experience in industry or corporate sector will be an added advantage Work Environment - Classroom-based training with occasional field exposure Collaboration with training partners government bodies and industry representatives Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
