Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing client communications, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales queries via email, phone, and CRM systems.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documents with clients.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve post-sales issues.

Assist the sales team in market research and identifying potential leads.

Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support sales strategy.

Good understanding of electronic components and products.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
