Company OverviewEASA College of Engineering Technology Autonomous is a higher education institution located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India With a workforce of 201-500 employees the college specializes in providing top-tier engineering education in various disciplines The headquarter is set on the bustling NH-47 Palakkad Main Road in Navakkarai PO Coimbatore For more details visit Job OverviewEASA College of Engineering Technology is seeking an experienced and dedicated Associate Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering EEE for a full-time senior-level position The role is based in Coimbatore with a required work experience of 7 to 10 years The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses conducting research and contributing to curriculum development Qualifications and Skills Qualification as per Anna University norms Minimum of 3 to 10 years of teaching experience after Ph D in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Proven experience in teaching Electrical and Electronics Engineering courses at the undergraduate and graduate level Robust research background with a strong record of publications in reputable journals Expertise in curriculum development and the ability to design effective teaching methodologies Strong mentoring and academic advising skills to guide students in their academic and career paths Proficiency in theoretical and practical aspects of Electrical Engineering Excellent communication skills in both academic and professional settings Commitment to innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement in academic programs Roles and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in various Electrical and Electronics Engineering courses Engage in significant research activities including publishing papers and presenting at academic conferences Develop curriculum content and update course materials in line with industry standards and advancements Mentor undergraduate and graduate students providing guidance on academic and career development Coordinate with other faculty members to enhance the departments educational programs Participate in departmental meetings committees and professional development activities Supervise student research projects and theses ensuring high academic standards are maintained Contribute to the college community through service activities including outreach and engagement initiatives
