The role

As the Senior Business Analyst, you&aposll harness the power of data to optimize our global marketing, growth and operations team. At Headout, data-driven decision-making is at the heart of what we do. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you&aposll craft actionable insights that enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experiences, and strengthen supplier partnerships. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively will directly drive business success.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate data into impactful business strategies and work with process optimization and operational efficiency metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven experience working with senior stakeholders to align on strategic decisions.
