Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Reporting To: Marketing Head / Sales Director

About SRP Crane Controls

SRP Crane Controls is a trusted name in advanced crane control systems, delivering innovative solutions to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability in material handling. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence, optimize digital campaigns, and support the growth of sales through strategic online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and display advertising strategies to drive visibility and leads.

Content & Social Media Management

- Manage SRP Crane Controls presence across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop engaging and industry-relevant content (posts, blogs, videos, product showcases).
- Increase brand visibility and engagement through targeted campaigns.

Website & Optimization

- Regularly update, optimize, and maintain company website for SEO performance and user experience.
- Track and analyze website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

- Work closely with the sales team to design campaigns aimed at qualified lead generation.
- Implement retargeting strategies to convert potential leads into sales.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (24 years) in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and lead generation campaigns.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
