Job Description Job Description: Social Media & Influencer Management Executive Experience: 13 years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media & Influencer Management Executive to manage day-to-day brand presence across social platforms and support influencer-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with content creation, comfortable working with creators, and able to maintain consistent engagement on brand channels. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and maintain social media accounts for assigned brands across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Upload stories, feed posts, and reels as per brand calendar Actively engage with comments, reply to DMs, and monitor audience interactions Track trends and identify opportunities for timely and relevant content Content Creation & Coordination Create quick, high-quality social media posts using Canva or similar design tools Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, editors, and internal teams for post creation Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all posts Proofread and quality-check all creatives and copies before publishing Influencer & Creator Management Work with influencers and content creators to execute social media promotions for brands Share briefs, track deliverables, and ensure timely posting Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines Maintain accurate records of posts, links, and deliverables Reporting & Analytics Track performance of posts, stories, and influencer content Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance and learnings Identify insights to improve content and engagement Skills & Requirements 13 years of hands-on experience in social media management or influencer coordination Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools (basic design sense required) Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and current social trends Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in fast-paced environments Basic understanding of influencer platforms, creator outreach, and deliverable tracking Strong attention to detail and quality control
