Role Description This is an on-site position for a Travel Consultant located in Cochin, SK. In this role, you will work closely with clients to plan, create, and book exceptional travel experiences tailored to their needs. Responsibilities include researching travel destinations, advising clients on travel plans, booking transportation and accommodations, and handling travel issues. You will also establish strong customer relationships and stay updated on the latest travel trends and industry standards. The Travel Consultant plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless trip planning. Qualifications - Proficiency in trip planning, itinerary creation, and booking transportation and accommodations - Strong customer service and relationship management skills - Knowledge of travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry standards - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills - Proficiency in travel booking tools and software - Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment - Previous experience in travel consulting, tourism, or hospitality is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
