Roles & Responsibilities: - Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements - Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements - Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs · Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module - Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects - Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required - Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Desired Skills & Experience: - At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications - Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain) - Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project - Profound understanding of Retail business processes - Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules - Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently. - Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others - Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness · Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities: Job Location: PAN India
