What You’ll Own 🚀 Growth & Acquisition - Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies (performance, SEO, social, affiliates, partnerships). - Own CAC, ROAS, and growth funnel metrics. - Lead rapid experimentation — landing pages, creatives, copy, funnels, targeting. 📈 Performance Marketing - Optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic. - Deep dive into analytics to identify scalable pockets of growth. 🧠 Product-Led Growth - Work closely with Product & Tech to create growth loops, referral engines, and conversion-optimized journeys. - Drive initiatives like A/B testing, onboarding improvements, and retention nudges. 📊 Analytics & Insights - Build dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership. - Use data to tell compelling stories and guide both strategic and tactical decisions. 🤝 Partnerships & Community - Identify and build growth-driving partnerships (influencers, content creators, NRI communities). - Collaborate with Content & Brand teams to build high-impact narratives. What We’re Looking For - 3–6 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience (fintech/consumer tech preferred). - Strong hold on analytics, attribution, and performance tools (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, WebEngage, etc). - Comfort with experimentation frameworks and fast decision-making. - You love owning numbers and thrive in an environment where speed > perfection. - Startup mindset: scrappy, data-obsessed, execution-first, and curious.
