Job Title Senior Fraud Detection Browser Fingerprinting EngineerJob Type Full-TimeAbout Company Paysecure is a versatile payments processing company catering to all industries Our platform is built to handle transactions seamlessly securely and at scaleno matter the sector Whether you re in retail logistics fintech healthcare or any other vertical our solutions are tailored to deliver reliable and efficient payment infrastructure Trust us for seamless payment processing With a strong focus on innovation compliance and customer-centricity we empower businesses to accept and manage payments effortlessly across digital and physical channels Join us in shaping the future of commerce one transaction at a time SummaryAs part of our fraud detection strategy we are developing a browser-based solution to collect and analyze user data for profiling and risk assessment We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop this solution Job ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop a browser-based data collection system to gather user behavior insights device browser fingerprinting and transaction risk signals Implement JavaScript-based tracking techniques e g mouse movements keystroke patterns clickstream analysis scroll behavior for behavioral profiling Develop device fingerprinting solutions using browser attributes installed plugins screen resolution fonts WebGL and canvas fingerprinting Design and integrate real-time fraud detection mechanisms based on collected data Work with backend teams to store process and analyze collected data securely and efficiently Optimize data collection performance to minimize impact on user experience while maintaining accuracy Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to improve risk scoring algorithms and fraud detection models Research and stay updated on the latest browser security vulnerabilities tracking techniques and fraud prevention methods Requirements5 years of experience in software development with expertise in JavaScript TypeScript and front-end technologies Deep understanding of browser internals web tracking and fingerprinting techniques Experience with data collection frameworks e g FingerprintJS ClientJS BrowserLeaks Strong knowledge of web security principles anti-fraud mechanisms and real-time data processing Experience with event-driven architecture and high-performance low-latency data collection Familiarity with techniques to implement consent-based tracking Proficiency in backend technologies Node js Python or Golang for secure data handling is a plus Experience integrating with machine learning models for fraud detection is a plus Nice to HaveExperience in fintech fraud detection or cybersecurity Knowledge of bot detection and anti-fraud measures e g CAPTCHA alternatives behavioral analytics Experience building real-time web tracking solutions at scale
