Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage product development workflows
- Collaborate with onshore Product team to align on feature priorities, definitions, and status updates
- Ensure high levels of communication, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
- Utilize tools like Rally and Aha for product planning and updates
- Align with onshore Product team on feature priorities and definitions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements
- Present priorities and progress to leadership, stakeholders, and product leads
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies:

- Daily stand-ups

- Sprint planning

- Grooming

- Sprint Reviews

- Story refinement

- Business acceptance

- Use Rally and Aha to maintain roadmap visibility, track progress, and manage backlog items
- Works jointly with the Product Owner to sequence user stories based on business value and technical feasibility
- Oversee and optimize Rally workflows for timely and quality delivery
- Manage multiple initiatives with solid attention to detail
- Track progress, identify blockers, and report delivery timelines transparently
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance
- Communicate sprint priorities and manage backlog items for future planning
- Collaborate with scrum teams to resolve blockers and gaps
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in Agile environments.
- Proven experience with Rally and Aha for product planning and stakeholder communication.
- Basic knowledge of design systems, component libraries and Figma.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Proven excellent written communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Scrum, SAFe, or Agile Product Management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Technical background or hands-on experience in software development
- Ability to use AI tools
