Renewals Analyst

Role Introduction: The Renewal Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing renewal transactions across One Advanced global customer base. This role plays a critical part in securing recurring revenue, supporting customer success, and contributing to our long-term customer relationships. The Renewal Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely and accurate renewals. What You Will Do: - Manage the end-of-the-end renewal process for a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals. - Understanding of Multi-year agreements and interpretation of the of the terms and conditions relating to renewals. - Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, contractual obligations, and approval policies. - Proactively identify and flag renewal risks or delays to the Team manager. - Forecast renewal bookings and maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce and internal reports. - Understanding of complete Lead to Billing process. - Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations and Sales) to resolve issues and remove barriers to closing renewals. - Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements related to the renewals lifecycle. - Performing termination and reductions based on SLAs in-line with the internal policies. #LI-MP1 What You Will Have: - Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales operations or customer success. - Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, subscription licensing, and quoting tools (CPQ, Salesforce, etc.). - Excellent communication with the ability to influence customer decision-making - Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously. - Data analysis of the report – Renewals in backlogs, current and in future. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite. - Proactive, eager learner able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or work experience.
