International School of Management Excellence (ISME), one of the top B-Schools in Bangalore, an AICTE-approved and NBA-accredited institution, is inviting applications for the position of Management Faculty - Information Technology.

ISME offers BCA (Bangalore University), MCA (Bangalore University), BBA (Bangalore University), BCom (Bangalore University), PGDM (AICTE, NBA) & PhD in Management (Mysore University).

Responsibilities:

- Design, plan, and deliver innovative and effective teaching and learning programs for UG and PG students for BCA, MCA, and PGDM (Analytics).
- Teach across a range of modules/units or within a subject area using appropriate teaching, learning support, and assessment methods and technologies.
- Assess the work and progress of students and provide them with constructive feedback.
- Seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery, including online delivery and blended learning approaches, and obtaining and analysing feedback.
- The faculty will also be responsible for administrative and research work.

Requirement:

- Master's in Technology / Engineering in Computer Science / Master's with Analytics specialization with minimum 8+ years of experience.
- Academicians with prior corporate experience preferred.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. qualification are desirable.
- The ideal candidate should have had research publications.
- The candidate should be a subject matter expert in his/her area of specialization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
