We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant with 6 to 10 years of proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of managing complex schedules, communications, and projects with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/CTO/CFO or other senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize conflicting schedules efficiently.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow.
- Plan and coordinate high-profile events, meetings, and travel arrangements domestically and internationally.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and streamline operations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and administrative projects as required.
- Mentor and guide junior administrative staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience supporting senior executives .
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information discreetly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demanding schedules.
- Experience managing international travel logistics and multi-time zone coordination is a plus.
