We are excited to share that Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, a Fortune 500 Company with $15 Billion Revenue is expanding its Paper Business Team in India and is on the lookout for self-driven, experienced, and dynamic sales professionals. We have fantastic opportunities available at both mid and senior levels to support and drive business expansion in the Tissue, Board & Packaging Segments, as well as the Pulp Mill business. We are currently looking for District Representative/Account Managers to join our amazing organization and I think you would be a great fit. Job Characteristics: This senior level sales position sells the organization's products/services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects. Also provides technical support. Proficient in most aspects of products & services. Demonstrates the ability to work in a safety focused environment. Is seen as a partner to customers by adapting existing approaches to resolve issues. Has a solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market & account needs. Generates solutions based on limited information, using past experience & precedent. Training programs are held in the field and at classroom. Based on your skill level, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.
