Job Description Centre Manager cum Marketing Head Location: Kolkata (On-site) Experience: 5+ years(Experience in academic/education industry is mandatory) Compensation Package: 30,000 50,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, result oriented Centre Manager cum Marketing Head to lead and manage our educational center operations while driving marketing initiatives to boost enrolments in order to achieve the target goals. Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract students and increase brand awareness. - Monitor sales and enrolment targets, and drive revenue growth. - Manage staff, including counselling and administrative teams. - Build strong relationships with parents, students, and local partners. - Prepare reports on marketing activities, performance, and financials. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or centre management in the academic/education sector. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. - Knowledge of digital and offline marketing strategies.
